State Party Platform Project

I am an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Akron. My research focuses on the ideological positions of American political parties. I also conduct research on public opinion (mostly political psychology).

I grew up in Schenectady, NY. I went to the College of the Holy Cross for undergrad and UVa for grad school. I live in Shaker Heights, OH with my wife and three kids and Maggie, our black lab.
